Call of Cthulhu, the Creature of Barkley Station |
Lead | |
|
Something prowls in the forests around Barkley Station, a quiet, quaint little town on the edge of Lovecraft County. Five children have disappeared in the light of day, right from out of their yards. The police are baffled and the town is asking for help. Can you and your investigator companions brave the shadows and face the terror that is the Creature of Barkley Station?

Is this actually a serious Cthulhu game, with the Cthulhu rules?
Or will Scooby Doo be there? |

Just a quick note, Saturday night we will be driving back to Mill Bay (south of Duncan), the drivers want to be on the road by 11:30pm, could we start the session at 7:30pm once the awards ceremony is completed?

I am also interested in the Cthulu game. As opposed to Oakenkegs situation (being able to stay later that is) I can stay later but might not want to run much later than 12:00.
And in regards to the earlier reply. While I didn't take part in Oakenkegs game last year,The Scooby Doo thing was only an idea that he based the characters off of. Nothing to really do with the adventure being based off of it. And in reponse to that as well Cudos to Dylan for taking the time and effort of trying to figure out what each character's stats and skills were. I can only imagine how hard it was. See you guys in a week. |

Wingtail that would be awesome especially since most of the other investigators may be insane by 11:45 and that would leave the final moments for your Investigator to brave what lays beyond....

I wasn't trying to mock the Scooby doo game. Just wasn't sure if this game was gona use the Cthulhu rule set or not. I like all things Cthulhu.
In the earthdawn thread I said "Now Here's the one redeeming factor happening at Dakkon. (Apart from the Lovecraftian game) '' Implying that this game was the other redeeming factor of this event |
